We do not offer refunds. All financial transactions are strictly between you and the farm you choose to support.
If you're not satisfied with the content provided for your sponsorship, we offer a one-time substitution. You may switch to a different animal for the remainder of your sponsorship period.
We cannot guarantee that every animal will remain available for the full duration of your sponsorship.
If your chosen animal becomes unavailable for any reason - such as being sold, passing away, or any other circumstance - we will offer a substitution with another animal from the same farm for the remainder of your sponsorship period.
If a same-farm substitution is not possible, we will provide a replacement from a different farm at no additional cost to you.
Farm owners are responsible for delivering the sponsorship benefits they offer, including regular updates or any other promised content. If we determine that a farm owner is no longer providing the required content, we will reach out and work with them to get things back on track.
If the farm is unable to continue providing content, their profile will be deactivated and we will offer you a suitable substitution.
