We do not offer refunds, your financial transaction is between you and the FARM.
If you are not happy with the provided content you have paid for we can offer you a one time substitution to another animal for the remainder of your sponsorship length.
Sadly we can not 100% guarantee that each animal will be available for the duration of your sponsorship period.
If for some reason your chosen animal is no longer available (such as deceased, sold to another farm or any other reason), we may offer a substitution with the same farm for the remainder of your sponsorship length.
If that is not possible, your substitution will be with a different farm at no additional cost to you.
The farm owner has an obligation to provide you with your sponsorship benefits, whether it's regular updates or something else. If we determine that a farm owner is no longer providing the correct content, we will attempt to encourage them to do so.
If they are no longer able to provide content, the farm will be deactivated and we will offer substitutions.
